App vs. browser: strengths of each path
The native Android app caches game libraries and dealer table lists so they load instantly on repeat visits—a significant speed boost if you return to the same live-blackjack studio or slot game daily. Android also supports push notifications, alerting you when a favourite football league kicks off or when a tournament you follow begins. iOS users and web-browser players access the full akundemo experience in Safari or Chrome; the web app is nearly identical in speed and feature set to the native app because we've optimised streaming, asset loading, and form responsiveness across all browsers. Choose the native app if you value instant launches and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer not to install additional software. Both paths keep your account, wallet balance, and game history perfectly synchronised.
Device compatibility and requirements
akundemo runs on Android 7 and newer, and on iOS 12 and newer. Older devices may face performance issues or unsupported features—we recommend updating to a recent OS if you experience problems. For web access, modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge from the last three years) work smoothly. A stable internet connection—WiFi or 4G—is ideal; akundemo adapts to slower connections by reducing video quality on live-dealer streams. Devices with 2GB RAM or more handle the app without strain.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
On Android, you may see a warning about "Unknown sources" if your device hasn't previously installed APKs outside the Play Store. This is a security feature—it does not mean the akundemo APK is unsafe. Go to Settings → Security and enable "Unknown sources" for the akundemo installer. You can disable it again after installation. On iOS, the web app sometimes gets a certificate notice if Safari hasn't previously cached our domain; refresh the page or clear cache and try again. If you encounter persistent certificate or SSL errors, contact our support team—they'll provide a direct link and guide you through access. For web users, clearing your browser's cache and cookies often fixes login or loading issues. If you lose internet mid-session, akundemo caches your account state, so resuming after reconnection picks up where you left off.
Data permissions and account safety
The akundemo app requests permission to access your device's camera and photo library only to help you upload identity documents during account verification—KYC photos of your government ID and a selfie holding that ID. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose. Push notifications (Android only) alert you to match kickoffs, tournament starts, or account activity; you can disable notifications in Settings without affecting your account. Our app encrypts all communication between your device and our servers, protecting your login, your wallet balance, and your game activity. We do not sell or share your personal data. For full details on how we handle your information, see our privacy policy.
