Account and registration
Opening an akundemo account takes three main steps. First, you create an account by providing a username, email address, password, and mobile number. We send a verification link to your email—click it to confirm. Second, you complete know-your-customer (KYC) verification by uploading a government ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence), a selfie holding that ID, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Our verification team reviews these documents; you'll receive an update within one business day. Third, once verified, you add a payment method—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account—and make your first deposit. After your deposit clears, you can fund your wallet and access all akundemo games and betting markets. The whole process, from email confirmation to first deposit, typically takes between subject to verification and 2 hours depending on document upload speed and payment-processor confirmation times.
When you first create an akundemo account, you provide a username, valid email address, secure password, and your mobile number. This information is used to set up your login, confirm your email, and send you account notifications. During KYC verification (which happens after you've created your account), we ask for additional identity information: your full name (as it appears on government ID), date of birth, nationality, and residential address. You upload your government-issued ID document (passport, national ID card, or driving licence), a selfie holding that ID, and proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). We do not ask for financial information, tax ID numbers, or credit-card details during account opening—those are handled separately if you choose a specific payment method.

Payments and transactions
Deposits via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet are instant or near-instant once you confirm payment. In your akundemo wallet, select your chosen e-wallet, enter the amount you want to deposit, and click "Proceed." You're redirected to the e-wallet app (or web portal) where you authenticate the transaction—usually with a PIN or biometric confirmation. Once you confirm, the payment is sent to akundemo and your wallet balance updates immediately (within seconds to a few minutes). mobile banking, local payment, and online payment transfers are processed by the e-wallet provider, so if you have questions about transfer limits, fees, or transaction history, your e-wallet app is the primary source. akundemo does not charge a fee on top of your deposit amount—what you transfer is what you receive in your akundemo wallet. If a transfer fails, the funds return to your e-wallet automatically; contact support if you don't see the refund within one hour.
akundemo does not charge a fee on your deposit amount. What you transfer via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account is credited directly to your wallet without deduction. However, your payment provider—your bank, e-wallet operator, or payment processor—may charge a small transaction fee; that's controlled by them, not by akundemo. On withdrawals, akundemo similarly does not charge a processing fee. Your payout request is processed to your nominated bank account or e-wallet at no cost from us. Again, your bank or payment provider may charge a small transfer fee on their end. If you see a fee charged during withdrawal that you don't understand, contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact akundemo support if you believe the charge is incorrect.
Games and categories
Live-dealer tables connect you to a real person dealing cards or spinning a wheel in a studio—examples are blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. You see the dealer on camera, place bets via the akundemo interface, and watch the outcome in real time. Play moves at the pace of the live game, so a round of blackjack or roulette takes a few minutes. Slots, by contrast, are automated games—you spin a digital reel, subject to verification appear on screen, and you know your win or loss immediately. Slots include titles like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. There's no dealer, no waiting for other players, and no live stream. Slots are faster-paced and can be played silently or with audio. Both categories are available in your akundemo account; choose whichever suits your preference. Live-dealer tables require a stable internet connection for the video stream, while slots use less bandwidth and work well on slower connections.
If you have a promotion code, you can enter it during account registration (in the "Promo Code" field on the signup form) or in your account settings after you've logged in. Look for a "Promotions" or "My Offers" section in your account menu; most promo codes are applied there. Once you enter a valid code, akundemo verifies it and adds any associated offer to your account—for example, a bonus or free play credit. If a code doesn't work, double-check that you've typed it correctly (codes are usually case-sensitive) and that the promotion hasn't expired. If you're still having trouble, contact support with your code and the date you tried to use it; our team can investigate and apply the promotion manually if it's still valid.
